I'm not a professional cyclist. What I am is a fat guy trying to get healthy. I did it in phases. Started in the gym, then really focused on nutrition, and the cycling is stage three. I love having a bike shop that is patient and understanding. I am a straight up novice but they don't treat me like a moron. Recently I decided to add clips and get some real shoes. They put them on and gave me great advice how do avoid busting my ass. I'd never do business anywhere else.
Great experience today in working with the guys at Cadence Cyclery. Nick and Ben did a great job wrenching on my favorite bike to bring it into the modern area. Bike was tuned up and the bar tape was on point for the roads in Texas. Huge selection of bikes and the extras to keep you on the road - tires, tubes, bike bags - all with many options to choose from. Super cycling vibe in the shop and the staff is very welcoming.
Amazing bike shop with an incredible service department and great bikes! The Cadence crew has been working on my bikes for years now and I have never been treated better. I highly recommend this bike shop!
When it comes to environment and customer service Cadence Cyclery is without a doubt, the BEST cycling shop I have experienced in the DFW area! Kyle is Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they will help you out in any way possible. I can't recommend this place enough. They will still remember your name after the sale unlike many other shops and bend over backwards to keep you riding.
