There wasn't much of a selection of vehicles. I was given a Jeep Patriot. "You probably won't like it, but you can exchange it for another vehicle when we have more to select from." He was right. I took the Jeep back the same day and exchanged it for a Chrysler. He pointed out several dings and a huge scratch where it had been keyed on the side. "Everything is already noted in the computer, and I'll send you a copy of the damages noted by e-mail. I promise." He didn't. After 2 phone calls, he sent me a copy of the agreement again which I already had, but not the damages. The agreement said, "No damages noted." I didn't want to be charged for damages I didn't create and had nothing in writing to prove the damages existed before I ever touched the vehicle. After a few more phone calls asking for the documentation, he finally scratched that out and hand wrote "Few dents on vehicle." I called his supervisor and said that's not good enough." He asked me what the damages were. (Didn't they have it in the system like I was told?) I told him it had dents, a long scratch, stains on every seat, and smelled of cigarette smoke. I finally received the documentation where it noted, "Dents, scratches, and stains on and in rental. Per mgmt do not charge customer." They should have given me that information before I ever left their parking lot. Other than that, it was great service.
Was in a tight spot due to a nail in my tire on the day of a work trip, and this Enterprise was amazing to put my mind at ease. Taylor was absolutely wonderful to work with, and very professional. His sweet driver even took me home. I definitely recommend this Enterprise location.
They were extremely busy and seamed to be short of cars, but were getting more cars as quick as they could. I interfaced with 3 of the employees, all nice and polite. I spoke mainly with Alexis, she was very professional, polite and helpful. Drop off of car was great, Thx
They're very friendly and understanding Sheldon and Taylor are the coolest. If you want the best quality service this is the one you want, best in McKinney. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
