Decent wash job, but not great. No, I didn't go for the $200 detail they offered, but $60 should get more than it got me at this place. The wait was short and that is notable.
One of the worst car wash experiences I have ever had! I bought detailed for inside $40 . Total waste of money! I don’t know how they stay open!!
Regardless of what happen, there is a sign stating that the company is NOT responsible for damages like radio antennas or wipers. It doesn't say anything about fuel door covers but it's not worth going so technical about it.
It's extremely sad because for the price you are getting a lot. Especially with the towel dry... :/
What really impressed me more than a great Carwash was the staff working at the car wash. I recently had one of my wheel covers fall off in the car wash (was not clipped in correctly). Brad was very helpful when I called, checked the cameras and searched for the part. Then replaced the part with a brand new one. Excellent customer service. I won't be going elsewhere to wash my car. Thank you again Brad
The fuel door cover is technically a removable part however, you wouldn't know it would unless you actually knew it. Of course, this isn't a steel truck and my fuel door cover is made of polyurethane (again, hard plastic) so I don't expect the car go through any extremes. However, that doesn't change the fact that I've been through countless of car washes and never had even the thought of anything coming off. Nor a car was considered anything 'dangerous/extreme'.
So the best I can do is recommend not to go. The brushes are way to hard and they will damage something eventually.
All the brushes in this car wash are way too strong and hard. Especially the side brushes. My first time there, I could hear how hard the brushes were hitting my aluminum doors and roof. I didn't think too much of it till they started to towel dry my car...
...That's when I turned to my left behind me and saw my fuel door cover literally come off. I was baffled when I heard the people started to go over to my fuel door, only to see the part fall to the ground and get a couple of small chips in my paint. Of course, the labor there started to speak Spanish and luckily for me, I'm pretty fluent in it so I got out and started to ask what they did. They started to tell me that the piece was worn off and if I didn't tape it down it would fall off again. I highly believe they DIDN'T pull the door off themselves nor damage it but I HIGHLY believe it was worn off during the actual wash.
Descent car wash. About the same quality you get from a local gas station. The rinse cycle is poor and leaves way too much soap on your paint making it hard to dry. The drying stage is sub par. The poor rinse cycle and poor dry cycles have been brought to the managers attention but a year later and they are still poor. Most gas stations do a better job drying. The access to vacuums is good but if it's busy it can get congested and hard to manuver.
To clarify, the car that went through this wash was a 2016 Mustang. The car is almost entirely made of aluminum and polyurethane (hard plastic).
I won't go again sadly...
