Horrible judge. Didn't even hear my case and found me guilty. I had the option to take off the ticket off of my records but didn't have the money at the time to pay it so sent to court to get it either dismissed or a payment plan. Judge made me to pay almost $100 on top of what I could get it done with plus it went on my record.
Really disappointed of him, he didn't even hear my case.
machine wasn't working so i had to go up to a window to get help. one lady finished helping someone just looked at me and walked away did something else. lady at first window was very rude..

Clean facility. Pretty efficient compared to other courthouses.
It is a bit difficult to get a hold of anyone by phone. But the staff that work here are real down-to-earth folks. I found them easy to speak with and they genuinely care about the people in their town.
Super slow service. I was just trying to learn my options in dealing with a citation but had to wait almost an hour. There were only 5 people ahead of me. There were 2 people working at the window (who were extremely nice by the way) and it was taking forever. There are signs that say "no phones" but everyone was on their phones, including the officer working security at the front (he was also pretty nice). I guess this policy is only enforced inside the actual courtroom. The whole place smells kind of like urine, which was unpleasant. Nothing like the courthouse in Fairview. Much nicer courthouse over there, and super fast. Next time, I'll be sure not to get a citation in this god-awful municipality.
