The store is really nice and neat, but I haven't bought tennis shoes in awhile , so I didn't know my size or what type of shoes I wanted. They made me feel so uncomfortable watching my every move like I was a criminal. I wanted to spend my hard earned money but I left. I don't want to be no where I'm not wanted
I changed my review to one star bc I had the worst experience with one of their managers, Veronica. I had six pairs of flip flops I was going to purchase for my daughters which were clearly priced at 4.99 on the rack, but ringing up fir 9.99. I even walked the cashier to show him the display and sign. He said he would change the price, but then the system did not allow him to. He called the manager, who took forever to respond only to deny the price change. She said they weren't on sale. When I asked her to honor the price that they had clearly marked incorrectly she refused with no explanation. I have been shopping at Kohl's for over ten years. That will be my last shopping experience with them. It's a shame because their actual employees that aren't stuck up managers are great.
A lot of the merchandise is a bit on the high end compared to purchasing online. I think they try to make up for this with their Kohl's cash.
Also, they need to do a better job of marking prices especially in the kitchen area.
Women in the men's dressing room. Employer's on their phones while working in the shoe department that i seen. Kinda messy in shoe and mens department. Clothes not in right area on sale racks .
Had trouble picking out a 40th birthday present for my wife. The lady at the jewelry counter was so patient and answered all of my questions. My wife ended up loving what I got for her. I am forever grateful for the help I recieved.
