In my opinion an awfully odd request for a business who failed to come through for a grieving family.
I can always count on Ridgeview Florist for a beautiful arrangement, fabulous customer service and quick delivery!! Love this shop! :)
After contacting Ridgeview Florist for a third time, I was told that this was a mistake and that I would be refunded the $7.80-ish for the ribbon. A grand gesture from a business that deals with grieving families. But that isn't even where my story ends. As I stated earlier I was contacted by Turrentine Jackson and Morrow and asked to remove my review and if i were to write a review to do so with Ridgeview Florist. However, I needed to "be careful how I worded it" and then greatly defended the employee.
Ridgeview always has done amazing work for me. I usually just give them some ideas of what im wanting and let them do their thing from there. They have never disappointed me with their designs and the flowers are the freshest. Great Work!
Come Sunday the day of the visitation, I notice there are several floral arrangements, none with the "Precious Sister" ribbon. Naturally, my mother was upset.

The next day I had called Ridgeview Florist back because there had not been a charge to my bank account, and it was absolutely necessary for me to fulfill my mother's wishes. They had told me that they did receive my order and read it back to me, still the correct order I had placed.
I placed an order on a Friday morning with Ridgeview Florist after my aunt, my 82 year-old mother's last sister out of 13 siblings, had passed. My rightfully devastated mother's only request was for the floral arrangement to consist of pale pink roses and a ribbon with the words "Precious Sister." I completed my order, after being told numerous times I would be charged per letter for the ribbon, it was read back to me, and so I thought my order was complete.
Ridgeview Florist is great! Beautiful gift shop and they make gorgeous arrangements! Always been pleased with the friendly customer service. I highly recommend this florist for any of your floral needs!
