They were quick and helpful. Gave us everything we needed/asked for. Very nice rooms and beds. Location was spectacular. Breakfast from Rick's Chop house next door was available for delivery to the room in the mornings. Didn't really take advantage of that, but was nice to have the option.
I love this historic property. It's a lovely hotel and the attached restaurant, Rick's Chop House is AMAZING. Go for the sea bass or the filet, you won't be disappointed.
This hotel deserves 6 stars. The only place I've ever been to where Id say that. The GM Jacky treats you like her personal guests and will do absolutely anything to make you happy. Luxury at its finest. Trust me. Stay here
Food was amazing and proceed well. Five star service at Applebee's prices, with all the charm of downtown McKinney.
This hotel was such a relaxed environment and had the kindest staff. Room service wad also prompt. Several shops and restaurants with in walking distance.
Our room was very comfortable and loved the character and culture reflected from the era the building was build to more current art along the hallways.
