All My Sons Operations Manager Doug Reiff did not charge me for the 3rd day of Moving. He did tell me he would look into why the estimate was such a bust. I gave Doug 4 days after the move to do his follow up. I never heard from him. I called and left multiple voicemails with no returned calls. I sent two emails with no response. Take my word, DO NOT USE All My Sons Moving & Storage. Unprofessional as they come! Thanks C Wall
Best experience EVER with movers. I had Larry and his crew and they spent 7 hrs with me with NO breaks (to rest or with the furniture) or damages. They even helped me with things that needed to be fixed at my new place!! They were the best and I would request that same crew again AND definitely use All My Sons McKinney every time I move!!! LOVE LOVE LOVED it!! Thank y'all!! ❤️
9 hours and $2,000 for a two bedroom apartment of a single couple, from Plano to McKinney. I hired 3 guys and paid $149 an hour to do it faster and the result was terrible. I feel cheated!!!
Today Jeremy S, Keddrick , and Bailey moved the contents from my 2-bedroom apartment into a nearby storage facility. I have moved 7+ times during my adult life. I'm able to say, without hesitation,, that this was the most professional, efficient, customer-centered company I've ever used. Not only was their cost estimate spot on, everyone worked at an impressive rate which allowed me to experience a fast AND high-quality move. All of my delicate items (including a 19th-century grandfather clock)I were handled with extreme care and non-delicate items seemed to be handled just as carefully. I highly recommend All My Son's Moving to anyone whether transitioning from an apartment / condo to a home or vice versa.

Horrible experience
I wish I could give All My Sons Moving & Storage a 0 or negative rating but 1 is the lowest possible score.... I had them come out and give a quote. Richard Hill quoted the job; two days to pack and move locally. I questioned him on the duration and he assured me that “it will be an easy move being local and our guys are professionals and are use to knocking these moves out all the time and we do not use temporary labor for our pack and moves.” The job was quoted at $4,542.54 for a 4 bedroom 4 bath home. I have never seen a move like this one. In past moves the movers would pack the house and then move everything except the larger items such as beds that need to be moved for the night transition. This Motley Crew of ‘professionals’ packed some, loaded some but all in disarray with no sort organization. On day two, they packed and loaded and laid the game plan out as loading the few remaining large items to take to the house, drop all storage items off and then come back and get the residual items and pack the garage. The 4 man crew went from 4 to 3 because the young guy on the crew ‘sprained’ his ankle and his girlfriend came and picked him up. The crew leader did not tell me until we were getting ready to leave to make the delivery run to the other house and storage about 4-5 hours after it happened? Why wasn’t there an incident report? Why didn’t their office call in a replacement guy? Did the employee go to a clinic and get checked out? Was he drug tested? Was the incident a recordable with OSHA? After dropping off the large items at the house we proceeded to storage to drop boxes and remaining furniture. 30 mins before completion, the leader got a mysterious phone call about how his DOT hrs. were up for the day and they would not being going back to my house to finish the packing or move. Now I’m not sure how this is (I don’t have a CDL) being he had only driven from the shop to my house and to the other house 30 mins away? He also informed me that they would not be back the next day to finish because I had only hired them for two days and I would need to call their office in the morning to request another crew because they were already scheduled somewhere else. So on the next morning, as directed, I called the office and spoke to Operations Manager Doug Reiff. I requested another crew as directed. Doug had a flippant attitude about the situation and said it doesn’t look promising and I will call you back in 3-4 hours. I explained to him contractually I had to be out of the house that day and I based my move on their recommendation. He said “there’s nothing I can do”. Thankfully my realtor swings a big stick with them and called someone and got their attention. Doug called me back and said a crew is on the way. Now we are on day 3 of a 2 day move... All My Sons charges on a T&M basis. At the end of day 2 they had already charged me over + $6,000.00. They had already busted the estimate by more than $1,500.00. As you can imagine I was not a satisfied customer.....The crew came out surveyed the situation and was just as mad as me. The crew leader didn’t and wouldn’t say anything. I asked his opinion and he said, we are going to get it taken care of. He didn’t have to say anything. The crew got it done. The funny thing is the previous crew “had already been scheduled somewhere else” and couldn’t come back; but this crew was in the truck of the previous crew. I overheard the crew discussing it and how it was organized with blankets and had no supplies on it. The original crew were actually off the next day and didn’t care they had not finished the job.
Larry and Brandon were my two drivers. They worked with their crew as professionals, providing instruction, keeping everyone on task, and making sure my stuff was moved with care. Great group of guys that did an excellent job getting our stuff from storage units into a two story home. No whining, no crying, no pouting about taking furniture upstairs. The whole group was efficient and awesome.
