My encounter with a Mckinney police officer was the best one I've ever had. He was calm, courteous, kind and firm. I was so impressed with his respectful attitude!
The worst police department I have come in contact with due to one officer, on two occasions I had to call the McKinney Police Department due to harassment from local neighbors. On the first occasion Mr Linwood was laughing at me hysterically as though he was high on pain pills.
Just want to say that officer caseballs did a cowardly act at that pool party. Prick!!!!
An officer who acts this way or who is high on drugs while at work is inexcusable.
Thank you for your service. We own a couple facilities in the area that have experienced break-ins over the past few weeks and the PD have stepped up patrols in the area and on our property, even stopping the manager at night who was walking the property herself and asked her for ID! She was thrilled by the service. Thanks for being there.
This is not an officer. This individual should be fired from McKinney PD at once. You let garbage like this represent you then the rest of the community views you as such. I do believe the person to have been high there is no other explanation for hysterical laughing at one person when simply giving testimony and asking an officer for a path to relief.

The officer with him who out ranked him who was trying to take my complaint and give me my options kept eyeing him as if he did not approve. My second run in with Mr Linwood was much worse. He seemed to have come down off of his pain killers or whatever drugs he was on and acted inappropriately to the point of telling me not to call the police department at all that I was wasting his time and all together seemed like he didn't want to do his job at all. Stormed away from my front door while yelling something I couldn't make out.
Linwoods badge number is 265. I was advised by my lawyer to not go into the McKinney PD and complain in person due to possible retaliation by this officer and that after moving a review would be my best alternative so that is what I am doing. I do not hate the police. They are there to do their duty and I call them when I need them. The act of this one person needs to be dealt with so that the McKinney PD can remove the smudge from its facade.
