It's separated into big and small dog areas, and has adequate seating and shade. The ground cover is wood chip mulch, not grass (which is my only quibble, but with the traffic the park gets, I understand). Most people keep excellent control of their dogs, on the weekdays especially. The fountains are fun and keep everyone cool, but because of them it gets wet and muddy ... so don't wear your best clothes!
It’s a great dog park. Large open area for big dogs with a separate small dog area. Mulched ground with a splash pad and plastic swimming pools for the water dogs.
This place was great! Nice large area with shade and benches on the side. The splash zone is a great addition. I'll be bringing towels next time.
My dogs loved the big open area to run around, picnic tables, and splash pad area. We live in Dallas but would definitely make this trip again!
Great place to take your dog. Shaded tables to sit at while your dog runs and plays. Plenty of shade and open space, wading pools so your dog can cool off on hot days.
